Our oat hazelnut biscuits are the perfect snack for in between meals.
Because oats are very healthy. Thanks to the gentle production process, almost all the nutrients are retained in the oat flakes. They are characterised by their simple and versatile preparation and are not without reason a healthy basis for muesli, porridge or biscuits, such as our oat-hazelnut biscuits.
Hazelnuts, like so many other types of nuts, are considered to be nerve food and are therefore often part of student food. But why are these little nuts so healthy for the brain? Hazelnuts have a high lecithin content, which has a positive influence on nerve function and memory. The magnesium, vitamin E and niacin content is also important for the nerves and the brain.
Our oat-hazelnut biscuits are therefore a great source of various nutrients and brain food at the same time!
