Hazelnut milk recipe: Vegan hazelnut milk is super easy to make yourself. All the ingredients you need are hazelnuts, water, a pinch of salt, and a sweetener of your choice.
We recommend hazelnut milk primarily because it foams very well. Therefore, hazelnut milk is perfect for cappuccinos and similar beverages. Additionally, this delicious hazelnut drink is also ideal for your morning porridge or cereal as a substitute for milk or water.
Moreover, hazelnuts are also excellent nerve food , as they contain a high level of lecithin, magnesium, vitamin E, and niacin. Nuts, in general, are beneficial for the nerves, and a handful a day can boost your health.

Milk Alternative from Nuts
Not only the hazelnut (hazelnut milk) is suitable as an ideal milk alternative. Hazelnuts and other nuts are generally very suitable for making your own milk, especially if you do not tolerate or like cow's milk, as water may not be satisfactory in the long run. Plant-based milk can also be considerably healthier than cow's milk.
