Our oat hazelnut cookies are the perfect snack between meals.
Because oats are very healthy. Due to the gentle extraction process, almost all nutrients are retained in the oatmeal . They are characterized by their simple and versatile preparation and are not for nothing a healthy basis for cereals, porridge, or biscuits, as with our oat-hazelnut biscuits.
Hazelnuts , like so many other types of nuts, are also considered nerve foods and are therefore often part of student food. But why are the little nuts so healthy for the brain? Hazelnuts have a high lecithin content, which has a positive influence on nerve function and memory. The content of magnesium, vitamin E, and niacin is also important for the nerves and the brain.
Our oat hazelnut cookies are therefore a great source of different nutrients and nerve nutrition at the same time!
