Roasted almonds and cashews are not to be missed at Christmas time. The Christmas snack is also ideal as a topping for your yoghurt or porridge . You only need four ingredients for the recipe, so you can give every breakfast a festive touch.
You can actually use any nut for the recipe, but almonds and cashews are best for this. The roasted almonds are nice and crisp and reminiscent of the Advent market, while the roasted cashews are a little softer and only get their delicious crunch from the icing.
